The Village & Me – Sculpt symbolic figures from everyday life | This theme pays tribute to daily life in Zimbabwean villages – the warmth of community, the rhythm of chores, and the strength in ordinary stories. Participants carve figures that reflect local scenes: women carrying bundles, children at play, or elders in council. As each sculpture emerges, so too does a deeper connection to the roots of African identity, simplicity, and collective living. An ideal workshop for those who love narrative-based creativity and social storytelling. |
Nature in My Hands – Explore plants, flowers, and natural forms in stone | Participants draw inspiration from Zimbabwe’s breathtaking flora to sculpt abstract or figurative representations of plants, flowers, seeds, and nature’s patterns. This session encourages gentle observation, mindfulness, and harmony with nature. It’s a favorite for those seeking therapeutic and calming creative experiences, often paired with garden tours or wellness retreats. |
